Our Return Policy
We are a subscription-based service, which means you will be charged on an interval basis, depending on which subscription plan you choose.
Seasonal Plan accounts will be charged every 3 months.
SemiAnnual Plan accounts will be charged every 6 months.
Annual Plan accounts will be charged every 12 months.
Each plan includes the shipment of 4 separate boxes per year. In other words, boxes are mailed to subscribers once a season.
Our seasonal subscription boxes are shipped in the following months every year: December (Winter Box), March (Spring Box), June (Summer Box), September (Fall Box)
Items will be mailed to the shipping address listed in your account. You have until the 29th day of the month prior to shipment month (November, February, May, and August) to update your address. After the 29th, we cannot guarantee that your address can be updated for the upcoming box shipment. If you need assistance, please email Customer Service: email@example.com
At this time, we only ship to the United States, Canada, U.K., and Australia.
In order to maintain our promise of high quality shipments, we do not accept returns on subscription boxes or items included in subscription boxes.
We are only able to replace items, if they are damaged, defective, or missing from your shipment. If an item arrives to you damaged or is missing from your box, send an email to our Customer Service Team (firstname.lastname@example.org) within 7 days of delivery and we will send you a replacement item at no cost to you. If the item is reported damaged, you will ask you to email us a photo of the damaged item, which will be be used to improve our quality assurance processes. Replacements are approved at the sole discretion of Katra, Inc.
Katra, Inc. is not responsible for any damage that occurs due to weather, postal carrier handling, or after the postal carrier service has delivered your package.
Subscriptions are non-refundable.
